14.  ORDINANCE appropriating $200,000.00 out of Water & Sewer System Consolidated Construction Fund and approving and authorizing Professional Construction Management and Inspection Services Contract between the City of Houston and KCI TECHNOLOGIES, INC for Large Diameter Water Line Construction Project; providing funding for construction of facilities financed by the Water & Sewer System Consolidated Construction Fund
