14.  ORDINANCE finding and determining that public convenience and necessity no longer require the continued use of a portion of Hauser Street, from +/- 100 feet north of Leeland Avenue to its terminus, within the Hauser Addition, situated in the Luke Moore Survey, Abstract No. 51, Harris County, Texas; abandoning such portion to the Houston Independent School District ("HISD"), the abutting owner, in consideration of its cash payment to the City of $3,300.00, its payment to the City of $75,503.00, in the form of a debit to the balance of the credit account established pursuant to an interlocal agreement between the City and HISD, and other good and valuable consideration - DISTRICT I - GALLEGOS


15.  ORDINANCE finding and determining that public convenience and necessity no  longer  require  the  continued  use  of a 20-foot-wide prescriptive water line easement, situated in the Joseph Gamble Survey, Abstract No. 309, and the P.W.
