7.  RECOMMENDATION from Director General Services Department for approval of final contract amount of $1,013,380.25 and acceptance of work on contract with GADBERRY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC for HPD – Westside Vehicle Maintenance Roof Replacement and Wall Repairs - 1.89% over the original contract amount and under the 15% contingency - DISTRICT F - LE
